Shaman/Skyseer Help Rainbow Shaman Build

This is what I was thinking for a Rainbow build - only problem is, it won't actually work because I'm 8 skill points over. Any tweaks/adjustments would be greatly appreciated.

Rainbow dual wield build. YES I KNOW ITS GRAVITY IN 2020! but nice defenses and heals and damage ain't bad at all.

Also just regarding using the Myrhh, would there potentially be any better alternatives to a ring?

You can get myrhh at the Christmas islands near the ice islands.

 

Yeah it works too! I threw gold hydro ring in the builder and compared it to the same build with Myrrh.
While they both have the same mana regen, I think the damage output on the 4% spell damage from the Myrrh trumps the 7% water damage. But The GHR raises water defence substantially too, from 713-812. But the elemental defence for water is already so high I don't particularly see a point (unless I'm misinformed or something, probably am haha). Now it just comes down to whether the 72 damage output on auras (from 11035 to 10963) is worth the 4 intelligence points and 100 difference in HP haha.
Honestly not too sure which one to use at this point.

Don't think it really makes a significant impact either way, but any further input on perfecting the build would be greaaatly appreciated

 

The water damage will marginally increase healing and increase the damage with cryo but decrease the damage with the watched
