Cut stellar for tenuto and you can 1. net even or gain ms and 2. you get to call it pentaelemental instead of rainbow :P

it's not bad; 8k hp doesn't matter on that def/agi, the mana's only 1 off from meta, and the build can't really be called rainbow slapping since it's straight up rainbow in the first place.
