Ragni Mercenary!!!

How do I permanently ditch this retard. I spend more time just loosing him than actually doing anything. He just sits there making his aggravating grunts.

I assume you mean the Ragni Mercenary, you should be able to get away from him simply by either using fast travel or just running really fast away from him

 

Sorry about the name. All I knew was this irritating thing (parasite) keeps finding me. Yea, I can run away but you need to make 3 or 4 stops in town and he ends up right next to a few seconds after I try to go back to what I was doing. I am going walk him out the south end of town and have enemy mobs kill him. Hopefully he has a long respawn timer.

Dragged him out to those pigmen. And while it took a second to get it so they agro'ed on to him, he eventually had a few on him, and they sloooooooooooooooooooowly hacked him to pieces (hopefully with dull hatchets). He kept running over to me like he expected me to do something. It was his turn to feel what it was like to have an annoying pest(s) following him everywhere. And.............. then he died. And with a couple of quick swings I killed the pigmen. I then had a party on his corpse.

I went back to town and leveled some of crafting for 15 or 20 minutes, in peace.

I realized I could edit the title. Figured it may make it more useful to others.

 

I'm... glad you're excited about his death. If you need a space without the Mercenary, just go to Detlas and you'll be fine.
