Those powder prices are far below the market price. VI's sit at 2-3LE, iirc. I'd recommend taking much more for them. If you still want to sell them at those prices I'd be happy to buy all the VI's, although they really are worth a lot more.

The high market prices are this:
IV: 12EB
V: 48EB
VI: 3LE
They increment on a factor of 4, for you need four IV's to make one V. If you really want people to buy them you should sell them for a bit lower than this, but still use 4 as the increment.
