Quick Bit Of Photoshop (or Other Art Program) Help?

Hi! I got this drawing from illusionfigures a while ago but the hair is the wrong color. I was wondering if some editing pro could quickly change the hair color to brown? Nothing much (I hope)

Darn, how do you get images to work?

 

Try just pasting the raw link instead of trying to make it into an image
I may try this when I get home depending on how hard it looks but eh
