Questions Regarding Xp Bombs Failing

Help!

It's my first time throwing the xp bomb a week ago, that didn't go as planned. Then yesterday, it was the 2nd time that I threw an xp bomb which didn't go off because of server restart.

Is there a way the two bombs can be regained/refunded?

How can I check if server restart will be occurring without relying on chat announcements?

I find that the restart noticed warns you (from what I've noticed, but then again i may have missed) as much as "10 minutes" ahead. That isn't enough advance notice before I throw an xp bomb.

I just need a sure way to know so that my next xp bomb won't be rendered useless again. Does this make sense?

 

For the refunded stuff, theres a strict no refund policy even including dxp i believe.

 

Go onto servers that JUST came back online after a restart. It should help.

 

Yeah, they don't give refunds for this, you just have terrible luck. Sorry for this :/

 

Technically they should for stuff brought with real money.

 

I love the people in that part of the forums that are just way too lazy to type crap that's already been typed, so they're just like "Screw it, gonna put this here quote.. Perfect!"
