Questions Regarding Skill Points

1. What equipment gives good intelligence?
2. What is the maximum amount of skill points on one stat? (not including equipment buffs)

1. Items that immediately come to mind that give a lot of Inteligence points are Third Eye (max is either 10 or 13), Crystal (I think the max is 7), Capricorn, and a few of the endgame water/earth uniques (the ones named after blue rocks). As far as accessories go, there's Reminder, Detective Ring, Moon Pool Circlet (Hive shop item that gives +5), and the Jester ring (max is 4).
2. The hard cap is indeed 150, but only 100 can be invested raw. 100 points gives a roughly 65% boost to a stat, and 150 gives around 80%.

 

Also blue mask can give you I guess max. 20 Int.
