    1) what was the bow after nivlas arch that had mana steal? around lv 55/57

    2) what armor set is best for around lv 55/56? Also, I vaguely remember that there was a chestplate with 27% xp bonus? What was it?

    1) Vile, level 62 rare bow.
    2) Not sure about armor but the chestplate you're talking about is probably Bob's Battle Chestplate, which has a max of 33% xp bonus.
