Question

If i reset my skill points, do I get all the points back to spend?
Also, another question, for these fiery spiders,
do I upgrade my intelligence which increases water dmg ( cause fire is weak to water) or do I up my fire dmg.

 

For the first question, yes.

secondly, it doesn’t really matter. Those mobs have thunder defense and nothing else. As long as you don’t use a thunder weapon/something that deals thunder damage you’ll deal with it easily
