[question] Why Are Relic Coords Not Allowed But Tier 4 Locations Are?

Just curious as to why it is like this.

 

I think it would ruin the fun of exploring and getting them yourself.

Exactly, if we want to know where it is we should be able to find it instead of wasting hours upon hours searching the entire world for small locations that effectively mean nothing. If people are worried about having their 'fun' ruined then why wouldn't they just not click a link with coords or whatever?

 

The main idea is to encourage in-game player support. If people were allowed to post relic locations, then the developers might as well just go and make an official thread saying "Yo, the boots are at xxx, and the spear is at xxx. The bow is also at xxx.".

Also, the T4 chests were implemented a while ago and I guess the devs wanted something mysterious like that. That could not have been done with the T4 chests because they were already posted all over the place. Plus, the Relics actually have difficult puzzles. It's supposed to feel more rewarding than just managing to get the chest.
