Question Of Theoretical Prices

In the very small chance that an item were to be found, and worth more than a full inventory's worth of LE (29 stacks of LE), how do you think the transaction should proceed? Have faith in the person to trade you additional LE after the first trade, or ask to trade for items and LE that make up the total worth?

(I have no such items of said worth; this is just hypothetical. For instance, a completely perfect Stratiformis: 91% WS, 20 agility, minimum negative health, and max refelction,and %melee and spell damage)
