Question For You Hero Beta People Out There On Scarlet Veil.

Alrighty, I have been curious about Explosive Impact for a while. I don't have the Hero rank out there so I cannot confirm this myself so that is where you come in. I got a screenshot from a pal on Discord showing this(no, this is not his screenshot but a screenshot he found):


Now, I am skeptical as Explosive Impact was removed from Scarlet Veil for being bloody overpowered and even after a change of exploding doing 5% damage in beta 1.20, it was still removed. Fast forward to not to long ago and I saw this. Can anyone else confirm that Scarlet Veil is looking to get Explosive Impact in 1.20.3? Yes, I am fully aware that it could get removed again due to its past history but I want to know if Explosive Impact is being planned to be put on Scarlet Veil in 1.20.3.

 

hi justice! a few things here
- as of almost 12 hours ago, the beta is open to everyone, not just hero+
- explosive impact was changed to not proc on spells anymore, making it much less overpowered
- i was going to show you a new scarlet veil image from beta here but i cant find any so uh, you should be able to get into beta yourself now and check that way at least
ofc as i am not an IM i cannot 100% confirm if it's going to stay or not but after the melee only nerf i assume it will
