    I found some enchanted items in my inventory.
    I would like to know if these kind of item cost something and if I am allowed to keep it ?

    Yes and yes according to the rules found here. (Well, technically it just says you can keep and sell them for a higher than normal price, but yes, people will pay extra for them as they are collector's items at this point.)
