    I've been wanting to make a guild for a while now but I have a few questions.
    1. Can you still create guilds at troms as well as cinfras? I know that it used to be exclusively troms but now I'm wondering about this, It would take me a long time to get to cinfras as I am merely a level 53 warrior...
    2. How much do they cost? I know at one point they were 5 LE They could still be 5 LE but I've heard someone somewhere say it was 3 LE, does anyone know what the price is now?
