   So when I'm on the last organ of garaheth, and I take the barrier off of it, the green particles don't appear and it wont let me interact with the organ at all. Is there something I'm missing? Is there one spot I'm supposed to stand and click? or what

   No, it's just super glitchy. You might have to try for a while or switch servers to get it to work.
