   I am currently trying to complete The House Of Twain quest, but the third ghost in the garden doesnt spawn...
   Ive gone in and out of the house, tried relogging, restarting, switching servers ect.
   I have the ghostly ingredient and quill, but the third ghost wont spawn so I cant get the third one I need to proceed.
