    Idk if this is the wrong place to ask this...

    My friend and I didnt get any item from the Meaningful Holiday and the Grave Mistake Quest.
    Got someoelse the same Problem and what have we to do to get the Rewards. (The Rings and the Boots)

    If those items are still listed as rewards once you complete those quests, that is indeed a problem to be resolved.

    As for your issue, items like those received in the quests you listed are meant to only be obtainable during their respective holidays, which have now both passed.

    I just asked, because the wiki didnt write that they where only able to obtain during their holidays.

    But then its my fault.
