Quest Problem-Blazing Retribution

    I was finishing the quest up and killing the boss for the quest, after killing him twice I died. After this I am unable to enter back into the boss room and although I have the quest item necessary to complete the quest I can't turn in the quest and can't continue with the quest, is there any thing I can do?

    Honestly not sure what your circumstances are like, so it is hard to tell.
    I remember Dyeing to this on my first time but I could reenter the room. I'm not sure what the problem should be.
    If you have the right item for competing the quest then you can probably just turn it in to the right npc. I'm not sure tho wat it is for you.
