Quest Milestone Not Triggering For Beneath The Depths?

I've made it to the bottom of the ocean cave and killed the guardian who shoots the flaming arrows and drops the gold bar "Ocean Treasure." however, the quest book doesn't update nor does Javier respond when I click him. Am I missing something, or is there another trick to make this work?

 

You may have missed a tripwire. Head through the cave again without movement spells

 

I litterally just finished Beneath the Depths around 15 mins ago, you have to go through the cave so it says Quest Book Updated.

 

Here's a video of me killing the guy at the end without getting a quest book updated message. I've tried this three times now, using different servers.

I didn't use any spells to move through the cave. Any idea where that tripwire might be?

 

Dancing around the entrance updated the quest book.
