Quest Lava Springs: Colonel Gailard isnt there

    I think i forgot to pickup the Corrupted Heart before exiting the Lava Springs and now Colonel Gailard isnt there for the next step of the quest.
    I tried getting another potion of obsidian skin, but the healer is also not there.
    Does anyone know how to fix that?

    maybe you dont need the obsidian potion to go back in there?
