quest issue (realm of light 3)

Why is Realm of Light 3 so buggy?

First of all, every time I try to pin the quest, I instantly get kicked. Additionally, when I exit certain cutscenes, I also get kicked. Right now, I'm stuck. After I completed the second last cutscene I got kicked and when I rejoined, it sent me back to the dining room stage where you have to put the cake and the food in the right place. When I put the items in the right spot for that stage, I'm able to complete the first door. However, every time I try to go to the second door, it won't teleport me to the next stage.

Can someone help me?
