Quest is bugged

So i've been playing for a while on wynn and i got back from a long break and right away went to do almuj bank quest so i can enter the bank. I completed it with no problems and everything was fine until somehow couple of days later quest started again on it's own without letting me complete it, once i talk to the guard the next thing is i have to check the shop just behind him but it doesn't point me there it immediately points me to the second building and when i go there it doesn't start the cut scene at all just sits there unable to be finished, i wouldn't be writing about this but i really need access to the almuj bank since i spend a lot of time in that area.

 

Honestly, you could just level to level 40 and move over to Nesaak instead
Almuj isn't the most convenient or organized of towns

 

It will be fixed next map update/patch
