   I'm currently doing the quest recover the past.
   I am on the part where I need to talk to Reynauld at the bridge, but he won't spawn.
   I have looked at the wiki, but I did nothing wrong.
   /fixquests also didn't work.
   So can someone help me on how to spawn that npc?
