Quest Help!

    So, I have just gotten a quest to speak to somebody in Rymek but the hermit dude won't let me cross over the bridge. It says he is a quest NPC but when I talk to him he just says I can't cross his bridge.
    Can anyone help?

    You can go to Rymek without crossing this bridge, just try to go down into the canyon. The Hermit is a NPC you need later in this quest.
