I was trying to start this new quest Frost Bite and travelled to [-207, 37, -531] to find Eppo, as written in the quest book, but the npc was no where to be found. I've tried /class, /lobby, /hub, and relogging, they didn't work. Weirdly when I tried to walk through the cave, only part of the dialogue ([1&2/9]) still popped up.
I can't even start the quest now.
    Please help solve this.

the npc is no longer there, if you still have the problem, you need to go deeper into the cave i think.
