Quest Bug?

I'm doing The Lost quest and I gave the letter to Felim and the dialogue started, right? The server restarted as he was saying the dialogue and when I came back, all he said was what he would say after you spoke to him once. The quest book didn't update and I'm stuck with finding the last member. /fixquests doesn't seem to work either (it gave me a wynnexcavation shard which i could not dispose -_-) any things on what I should do?

 

1) You can get rid of the shard by putting it in your crafting square and spreading a stack of emerald out so you have no empty slots
2) If you've got no letters left and you still need to find a member then the quest is stuck and can't be completed. Rip. You can get another by getting another class to level 85 if you really want to. The Lost isn't too important so it's not a huge problem if you don't complete it, you just can't get the XP.
