    That means this quest has alot of steps including npc's or quest book updating

    I thought that the difficulty of the quest meant if there were mobs you have to kill like how in the old ??? It was labeled easy since there wasn't any fighting for the quest? (Correct me if I'm wrong please)

    Nope, "difficulty" is actually based off of the amount of stages in the quest.

    Nope, it's determined by the actual system regarding how many stages there are in the quest... I believe it's tied to the "Quest Book Updated" message...

    EDIT: WithTheFish was quicker... Mobile forum lag is not fun...

    Who are "other" ppl,
    I'm pretty sure for example bobs rencorantion is a 4 part quest,
    Talk to the ncp,
    Find the items,
    Fight bob,
    Report to the npc

    Yet it's a hard?
    I am sorry but this is not how the quest system works

    Remember all the times Bob talks to you while walking through that corridor?... I'm near positive each one is triggered by being at a certain place...

    Those are not considered a stage in fact they are with the fight stage, if you not believe me look at the wiki it has the info over this, here is a

    I don't know what causes this but I do recall a GM stating that they cannot change a quest difficulty and even if they could, why wouldn't they put this quest in hard?

    Like I have said there are only 4 stages meaning the quest difficulty is NOT by how many stages there are considering
    It's a hard quest
