    I have had problems with dealing enough damage on really high healthed bosses alone, would the necklace or the wand help?

    Your problem is that you are using cascade.
    Stop using cascade.
    Boom, problem solved.
    In all seirousness, hive wand is a really balanced option, and 100% better than cascade.

    Cascade is terrible. I'd get the Hive Wand. It's very good and has good DPS with powders.
