Qira Hive Token Not Dropping

So I defeated the final boss of The Qira Hive quest three times and none of them dropped the token needed to get out of the room and finish the quest.
What to do? I already tried /fixquests and it didn’t work, no reason why it would work tho, since the boss never dropped the token..

 

The boss has multiple phases, so you need to defeat all phases to be given the token

 

I know, I killed them all. My friends got the tokens, but I didn’t. First I thought that I didn’t do enough damage, so I tried almost soloing it and got the same result.

 

Im pretty sure you need to do at least 15% of Qira's hp on her last phase before the token can drop. Since this was a problem with bosses like wybel and cybel
