Ever disliked an on-map guild, but had no chance to exact your desired punishment on them? Well now you can! We, QZZ, are selling our services to you for an affordable price with QCoin. QCoin is our very own independent exchange token that can be used to purchase snipes.

What are we offering?

QCoins are crafted tokens found on the trade market which can be used to purchase snipes. Alternatively you can just pay directly - details below ↓

We will Take every territory owned by the guild you choose, See pricing below
-> Base Price is 32le and for every 10 territories that your chosen guild is above 30 territories 8le will be added.
-> Example: Guild Example has 55 territories, the price you will pay for a wipe is 56le (32le + 8lex3)

QZZ will now be taking special requests from buyers, where the buyers will ask us to do something unique such as Holding a Guild, Draining a guild etc. We will give the price for this service upon request. Please keep in mind these requests can be declined and us as QZZ have every right to decline the request. (this is not the same for QCoins)

So how does the process work?
1. First Buy a QCoin off the ingame trade market
2. Contact either AfricanWarrer or EmoFlo ingame (or use their discords .schramm and Nyzocker27 on discord respectively).
3. When messaging us give us proof of your ownership of a QCoin and the intended target you wish for us to snipe.
4. Trade the QCoin in housing to either AfricanWarrer or EmoFlo ingame and wait till you are informed on discord that your snipe has been fulfilled. Proof of the snipe including timestamps will be provided to you
5. Enjoy the sweet felt feeling of that guild being sniped/wiped.
6. If you are unsure on anything don't feel afraid to contact either AfricanWarrer or EmoFlo

Our Promise to You
→ Total anonymity.
→ Anonymity is our number 1 promise with our QCoin as we know the complexity that comes with purchasing a QCoin which is why we have limited the knowledge of buyers to a mere two people reducing the risk of which is already 0.
→ While we do not maintain a refund policy, we will not conclude your QCoin until we have successfully sniped the target guild (exceptions may apply).
→Please keep in mind that the coin will be taken from you on request through the use of the ingame trading system after which all contact will be kept on discord




Our Requirements

→ Can only be redeemed with AfricanWarrer or EmoFlo in-game (.schramm and Nyzocker27 on discord respectively).

→ We will only snipe on-map guilds. If the guild you request is off-map there may be an indefinite delay while we wait for them to reclaim before sniping.

→ There may be a waiting list - you will be notified when your QCoin is being/has been fulfilled.

Acknowledgements
These terms set out the rights and obligations of all users of our service. Your access to and use of this service are dependent on your continued compliance with these terms. QZZ reserves the right to reject your use of this service if the terms are violated at any point, dependent on individual verdict. Refunds may be applicable depending on the specific violation on a case-by-case basis determined with leadership discretion derived from any existing precedent.
Definitions
QCoin: A crafted necklace sold on the trade market. The following conditions are both necessary and sufficient to ensure authenticity of the QCoin:
Item Name Contains the word “QCoin”
Item is Signed by AfricanWarrer.
Item is a Crafted Necklace
Item is on the trade market for the standard price (subject to change, check the original forum post as the sole reliable source for pricing updates besides .schramm and Nyzocker27 on discord)
Snipe: QZZ guild must take the Headquarter territory of the selected guild. If a guild indefinitely moves HQ, QZZ will endeavor to extract the resources from the HQ, and at a minimum take and reset all the conns and the home HQ territory. QZZ withholds the right to conclude the snipe at any time we see fit if the snipe itself is ambiguous due to continued moving of a territory. If another guild swoops in to take the queue and snipe after QZZ has taken 1 or more conns then we will count the snipe as ours for the purpose of the QCoin.

Privacy Policy
Your name will not be revealed to anyone not involved in the purchased snipe. Your guild affiliations, or any clues to your origin or identity, will not be revealed externally. Your data will not be sold or given to any third parties. Snipes may be declared as a QCoin funded or non-QCoin funded snipe at QZZ’s exclusive discretion. QZZ is not liable if you reveal your purchase of a QCoin to anyone. Anonymity is a part of the paid package of the QCoin and therefore any messages from a non-paying third party are not protected by the Privacy Policy. Once you have paid then any messages relating to your specific service and purchase fall under our privacy policy, but unrelated messages do not warrant the same protection. In the case of a violation of Wynncraft Rules , QZZ retains the right to share your messages with any moderators, admins, or members of investigative teams with sufficient authorities. QZZ pledges to comply with moderator investigations into any topic relating to our QCoin service.

Availability Policy
We make no promise based on timeframe. Our pledge is to complete the snipe in our own time, using whatever legal means necessary. This may require more than one attempt. We cannot control server quality or other unforeseen circumstances. A failure does not necessarily mean the contract has been broken or that a refund is inbound. More than likely we will re-attempt any rare fails that occur, with the intention to continue with the same goal until a successful snipe has been achieved. In the case that QZZ decides we need conn treasury to do a snipe, we may wait for between an hour to a day or more in order to wait for treasury. In this case we may notify you to let you know of the circumstances. We withhold the right to contact you via discord regarding any change in the contract unless specifically stated by yourself that you do not want to hear from us/would rather be contacted in-game (don’t stream your screen if you’re expecting DM Notifs about your illicit purchase of our services, bozo). Once you have delivered your QCoin to AfricanWarrer or EmoFlo do not spam them requesting an update on the snipe. We will get to you when we get to you, and repeated contact will do nothing to move your request up in our order or give you any sort of preferential treatment. We withhold the right to cancel and refund your request if your behavior towards QZZ, its members, or any affiliated entity is deemed unsuitable as respect is of the utmost importance to our service. If a guild is not on map, we cannot snipe them. This is quite simple. In such cases that a QCoin is requested on a guild that is not currently on the map we may move your request to the bottom of the agenda. We will not necessarily prioritize QCoin snipes over other snipes that we decide to do personally. We cannot promise to rush to snipe a guild during any brief time they are online. Similarly we also cannot promise to align our snipe that is suitable for you to contest a raid. You are welcome to attack whichever guild we go after in an attempt to take their claim or assist in a raid, but please be aware that this may harm your warranty if your interference affects our ability to carry out a snipe.

Update Policy
Check the post. Only information shared within the most recently available form of this post, or directly in DMs from AfricanWarrer or EmoFlo or their respective discord accounts counts as a valid update to our policy. If you would like to suggest a change to our service to better streamline it for users then suggestions may be provided through the same channels of contact as a general purchase. However in this case anonymity cannot be guaranteed to the same extent.

Payment Policy
QCoins is a decentralized currency separate but within the sphere of the Wynncraft currency market. QCoins are subject to changes in price due to general inflation, as well as at QZZ’s discretion relating to increased demand, a surge in internal costs, contractions in supply, etc. Refunds will be provided at the price level of purchase. There are two possible ways to pay for QZZ’s sniping service: Paying via TM works the same as many previous renditions of coins. One can purchase as many coins as one would like and exchange them in-game via trading for a service. Fraud will not be tolerated. You may be blacklisted from the service if you attempt, at any point, to undermine the integrity or legitimacy of our service. Any attempt to resell QCoins at a different price will be met with a blacklist from our service. If you prefer, for example if TM taxes are a concern, you can purchase a snipe/wipe directly with le. In this case contact Schramm or EmoFlo via discord and await a response. The use of raw le is strictly prohibited. You will not be protected by QZZ in the case of a moderator investigation into duping. You will be backlisted from the service for any attempt to pay for our service with non legal tender currency. If there are no QCoins on market it is fair to assume that you will be able to purchase a snipe directly, but not a guarantee.

Limitation of Liability
The entire liability of QZZ and any of its suppliers under any provision of these terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through our service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (none), in no event shall QZZ or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, damage to property, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use our service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these terms), even if QZZ or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
