Buying Pure Wand [max I'll Spend Is 35 Le]

I am buying the Wand Pure with preferably 'Spell DMG' stats over 200%
The MAX I will pay is 35 LE

 

35 le isn't enough for a pure wand lol mythic sell for at least 50 le

i bought the worst possible ids on pure for 50 LE

 

I feel like everyone wants pure just to have it. Its easily outclassed by most legendary wands its level and above unless it has over the average spell (which is double what you are asking for)
