Mage/Dark Wizard Pure Build, is it any good?

Hi I spent like 20 minutes yeeting this build together.

In short, 18k Meteors, 1 Meteor Costs, 18k ehp, 10/3 mana steal.

If you're willing to sacrifice like 3k ehp for some (1k?) damage replace Rune of Safe Passage with Yang or Finesse. You can (basically) infinitely spam Meteors with another flapis ring, too.

Please tell me if there's anything to fix. (Unfortunately this build can't use KoH or Lament so bit squishy for heals, but can use Sigil of Existence as a weaker lament)

I'm looking to use this myself but I would like some advice before I try anything with it.

 

Well it's good and all but 18k EHP. You have heal but you can't outheal 1 shot.

 

It's good, would be ok if the 18k wasn't reliant on dodge
