Purchase HERO rank with wrong username

Hello, i just made a purchase yesterday with the wrong username, and dident get my rank ingame. I tried contacting the mods, but they say they can't help me. I also send them a email about the mistake, but no response. Does anyone know who i can take contact to, so i can get the rank i paid for.

 

If you already sent a mail to [email protected], just have some patience and wait for a response. It can take a while for them to get back to you, especially since they need to sort out the ranks first.

 

Okay thank you. I allready contacted them 2 days ago. I will wait for a response there.
