Purchase Assistance

I have been trying to buy VIP rank for the past 10 minutes, I have put all the information in 3 times now and every time it just sends me back to the basket with all the information gone. I haven't received an email or a text. I do not have a PayPal account.

 

Hello there, far as I know, a PayPal account is required (Not sure if having cards alone can process it though)

If you still have troubles purchasing the rank, consider emailing [email protected] with the details of your problem (NOT your personal info!)

 

I tried making a paypal account, it didn't let me set a password and when I tried logging in it said that it couldn't verify that it was me. I checked the help page but like all help pages it was completely useless.

 

Now it let me use the account but it doesn't let me use my card .-.

 

I'm not a professional at this stuff but in my situation, I'm not allowed to use any debit cards I have because they do not permit foreign purchases. I would double check to see if that is also the case for you

 

So I am not allowed to use my debit card with paypal?

 

Could possibly be the issue, I'm not entirely sure, but that's the reason why I'm not able to do such

 

Do you know how I could transfer money from my debit card to my paypal account?

 

Honestly I have no idea, I don't use PayPal enough. I wanna say it's not possible but don't quote me on that. Might be better for you to contact support regarding that question
