Professions

I plan on levelling up al my professions to lvl 50 the focusing on 1/2 at a time from then on but I’m not sure which ones to do first.

I’d really like to do jewel if (for loot quality and improving a couple of my builds) but I’m open to whichever will be the most useful.

I’ve got a friend with high alchemism so I’m going to lvl that up last (if at all)

 

as you already mentioned, loot quality is something you should get.

tailoring
jeweling
cooking (not as useful now after lq getting a softcap)

it really doesn't matter though what professions you do or don't. if you need something you can just ask someone who is already high lvl at some skill.

I remember seeing a post somewhere that said 80% but I’m not sure if that’s accurate.

 

you probably mean loot bonus

loot bonus has 80% softcap on chests, uncapped on mob kills

 

I saw a thread and I believe it was actually salted that replied and said it’s the same a loot bonus. I’ll try and find it.
