Problems With Quest : Dwarves And Doguns Part I

Hello! I am currently having this problem and I have no idea how to solve it. In the quest, you receive a dragon bone and I accidentally, while in Dogun village, dropped the untradeable item in the hopper, thinking that was the next step in the quest, and I immediately regret it. I want to know if there was a way I can get back up there with the dragon bone. I already tried multiple times to redo the quest and I couldn't. If there is a way you could help me, please let me know. I really don't want to spend ages playing another class and have to give up the quest item for only one of them. I know that you guys have a strict no-return policy, but I really want to be able to do this quest, so I can do all the ones following after it. Again, please let me know. Thank you.
