Problems with obtaining the Depressing Bow

When I kill Chainsaw Shot (the boss that gives the Depressing Bow), nothing drops. Is this because I may have already obtained before? I've killed it many times so far.

And yes, if you have already obtained it on that class then I don't believe you're able to get another by killing the chainsaw shot (again, on that class). You can still get another as a random drop from wolf cave mobs or by buying one from other players, though, if you do need one.
