so i took a build from yt and changed it a bit and it shows 10 uppercut cost and its 17 in wynncraft ;/

 

This is likely due to item rolls. If you want 10 mana uppers you would need perfect -3rd spell costs on your thrundacrack, electro mage's boots, and gale's sight. Your rolls on the items in game are probably a bit less than perfect for each item.

 

wynnbuilder statistics assume that you have perfect rolls on every item, in game that (extremely likely) isn't the case

 

ik its shows prefect i checked and all my items that related to uppercut are 100%

for example my electro boots got 100% -5 uppercut

also thrunda is 100%

 

are you using axe kick ingame? i know it's not selected here but it just so happens to put the spell cost to 17 and that's a bit too convenient to ignore
