Problem With "kingdom Of Sand" Quest

I completed the step of finding the journal in the mansion and escaping, I then had to talk to Geo and the other guy, which they said to get on the cart, I tried to get on the cart and nothing happened and I found nothing glowing with green particles to activate it. I restarted the game twice and nothing happened so i did /kill to get out of that area, I can not get back to that area now. Please help!!

 

Is your quest book stage "Talk to the Vault Guard to enter the hideout."? If so, then just go back to the hideout and talk to the guard. If that doesn't work, try filing a bug report

 

My book is saying "Look for the sceptre within the bandit hideout, i never made it to the hideout, the cart wouldnt let me go to it, and now I cant get back to the area with the cart.

 

You don’t need to go back to the area with the cart if the quest book says search the hideout. Just go directly to the hideout.
