    I have a question to post, I want to participate in the contest for artists but when I want to post a picture tells me that I have done 10 post before to prevent spam, is it necessary to post 10?

    I always wondered, why is there a restriction? To prevent spambots to spam forums (It's the only logical reason I have)?
