    before this hallowynn update, I had all of the prev VIP perks, but when I logged on yesterday I didn't have them anymore. Did the new update delete all of the old particles to VIPS before the update?

    Are we talking VIP or VIP+? Because the Store was updated and some things have changed, but in different ways for VIP and VIP+

    As far as I know (and this is in regards to both ranks), the particles should not have been deleted. I still have all of the old particles in my use menu. I even received duplicates just recently because I upgraded (and I have no idea how to modify the forum tag, so disregard it), and I was able to scrap them for the newer items.

    If the items are gone, this could be a bug since everyone else seems to have retained their "common" particle effects/creepers/other things that existed before. I would contact the billing support ([email protected]) to make sure that this is worked out.
