Preventing Floating Loot Chest From Closing Too Early

This scenario has happened way too often and Im tired of seeing it go to waste!!

I see this floating loot chest. Only way to reach is jump while on my horse and click the chest, but it is so frustrating …. as soon as I get it to open, then right click on the first item, the entire chest closes up! It was a full chest! Does anyone have tips/technique on keeping chest open while you click on each item to move it into your satchel? Thank you!

 

Well, there's two things I can think of:
1. Rapidly shift click clusters of items / the most valuable looking items as fast as you can before the chest closes.
2. Try to get on top of the loot chest somehow and open it from below.

Unfortunately, some chests simply cannot be accessed. I suggest reporting their location (Press F3, look at the chest and take note of the 'Looking At: X/Y/Z' co-ordinates) so they can be removed / placed differently.

You just need to hover over your profile name in the upper right corner and click on the 'Signature' button in the menu:

 

Aaah …i didn't explore the top right… kept fiddling the thingies on the left or in profile page!! I did it! Added something to my signature!! Thank you so much!
