where to find the ring called Precious?

You'll have to find a Tier 3 or 4 loot chest that is within the lv40 range. Loot chest ranges can vary, since nearby mob levels affect some but chests that are not near any mobs may configure to your level. If you're a lv90+ trying to find the Precious ring, it may be harder than if you tried to find it with a lv40 class.

I found my Precious in the Detlas Suburb tower, but that was when it was configured to my level (I also found Jester Necklaces in that chest as well). Now, while I'm not 100% sure, that particular chest is configured to lv15, so you can't find the Precious ring there (though you can find Concentration, which is another hard-to-find legendary ring).

Try searching around Nesaak. There are several Tier 3 chests scattered around the area, and if you're lucky one of those will have the ring.
