    Ok, so, I have the legendary bow Cluster lvl 99, and it has 4 powder slots. I was wondering if it was possible to put 2 Earth Powders and 2 Fire Powders so that I could have both abilities at the same time. Does that work?

    It’s possible to put on the different powders, but you can only have one powder special at a time on your weapons and armor. The special that’s applied to the weapon depends on which two powders you put on first.
