Powder Specials

I know this might sound crazy to ask but, do powder specials trigger the "you cast a spell message?" I want 100% confirmation before I do one.

 

I'd assume not but even though it make take a bit I can check via making a new character to confirm

 

I assume you mean like
‘[-5 mana] Meteor Cast’
messages.

If so, then no it does not trigger those messages in chat.

 

Nah the message he means is the one that you get the first time you ever use a single spell but since he wants 100% confirmation I'm currently levelling a mage (rn it's level 22) to charge a powder special and see if it does
it's 22 because I managed to solo infested pit during a dxp btw and hot damn do I wish I could've used teleport during that fight every time it used web I almost died lol

@H0Y0Y0Y0Y0B0Y I just tested it myself by getting a mage to level 25 without using a spell then using chain lightning with Detlas Legacy and it still is telling me how to cast a spell so no it doesn't cause the "you cast a spell!" message or whatever it says
