    Title. I assume it's (approximately) the same regardless of attack speed, because of the modifier, but I can't seem to find the actual value.

    I know that Super Slow is 3 hits to charge and Very Fast is 17 hits but other than that I'm not sure.

    Thanks, that helps. That looks like around 5-6 seconds to fully charge a powder special, which sounds about right (I feel like I've seen the numbers somewhere before). So with a lot of powder specials, it is in fact possible to have it up almost permanently, if you're careful.
