Spoiler: How did you calculate dps?

y = mr, z = a cycle of meteor 2x + ice snake
(((y/5)+1)/z) x damage of z
It's essentially mana per second divided by mana cost times damage. Mana regen procs every 5 seconds, and you naturally have 1mps.
It is worth pointing out that this isn't going to hold true in every situation, and it will vary based on how fast you can click, but it's a good baseline for damage.

In my opinion, if you have 13-14mr or above you're fine to use 2cost meteors, so in some of those builds just using double yang for about 600extra meteor dmg is better than using bcata.

 

Running the calculations over again with the higher damage but higher cost brings the technical dps down by a good bit (about 2k for the first and second build), but considering humans aren't meteor spamming robots it could work out to be higher in other situations.

 

If 7MR is viable for 1111 pure (with a human) this could work

If you're gonna use crafted, there's a much better crafted pure build with huge mr and 1cost 17k meteors

 

17.5k dps (also I tested and I did the math wrong for a good few of the builds, I thought that -12% spell cost would result in meteor being 1 then 2, but it's actually just 1 then 1, updated the dps values accordingly)
