    I have a VIP and cannot equip 2 pets at the same a time

    Not a bug, it is only for VIP+ and higher

    but earlier I can equip 2 pets at the same a time
    VIP+ and higher can equip 3 pets at the same a time

    VIP+ has 3 pets but I don't think VIP has 2. It doesn't say on the store that VIP gets 2 pets, so I doubt that's a feature. If you certain though make a bug report.
