    You gotta have them in your files, then click them, and drag them into the reply box...

    And if you wanna do it using a link, just post the link to the picture.

    You can right-click any image and click "Copy Image URL," click on the little image button next to the smiley, and then paste the image address. With images stored as files in your computer, I'd suggest uploading them to an image-processing site first, such as Imgur or Gyazo.
