Assassin/Ninja Help Please

I am a lvl 89 assasin, (I can get to 90 with a quest.)
but im looking for a good spell damage build for lvl 90 or below (preferably 89 or below)
Also please no mythics because I have hardly any le, but I can get some more from selling items so please keep the items relatively cheap.

For armor, you can use Third Eye, Millenium, Clock/Crystal, and Sodeta Boots.
Use a 2 Tier Chakram as your weapon and 3 set Jester + Supression/Lapis Necklace/Willpower/Squid Anklet for your accessories.

 

What about the skill points?

 

Enough Dex for Chakram, enough int for Third Eye, and the rest in agi.

Frankly, I'd play around with class builds, if you have plenty of le. Some builds may match your play style. Tweak your builds to match the armour/weapon that you are wearing/using.

Something I came up with on the spot so idk if it will work

Third eye
Dreamcloud maybe? Or millenium
Leggings of desolation
Good Sodeta boots, maybe Ventus tail

Use an alazarin and mountain spirit
0-35-75-0-50 skills (only 20 dex if not using Ventus tail)
Put leftover in whatever you want

 

I literally have everything that you just listed. Ill test it out!

 

Tell me how it goes, if it's good I might make a build :O

 

I just realized my assassin is level 88 and my chakram build is getting old, I need a good new one like this (maybe)
Now I shall summon the mighty @Terunalix to tell me what to do and make the build better
